I had a crown installed recently. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out I felt that I was in good hands. Destiny, the doctor’s Dental Assistant, was professional and attentive to my situation throughout the procedure- attentive but not overbearing. My experience of the doctor was stellar. I believe him to be a master of his craft. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and simply. His technique was such that I never felt discomfort. It’s hard to explain but there was a surety of movement while he was working on my tooth that put me at ease. During the procedure he patiently answered his assistant’s questions in a teacher-student manner that I appreciated. I believe in the benefits of continuing education and, in this situation, it’s a win, win for all- the doctor, the assistant and the patient. A rising tide lifts all boats, as it were. During the procedure I experienced absolutely no pain or discomfort. That was partly due to the thorough block from the anesthesia and partly from the expert technique of the doctor. I walked out of that office a little numb in my mouth but otherwise in perfect shape. The anesthesia wore off in about 2- 2 1/2 hours and I was amazed. I honestly could not tell I had a new crown in my mouth. I forgot to mention that the doctor took 3-D photos of the former tooth and those were used to create an exact replica using a 3-D printer- amazing!!! The entire procedure took 1 3/4 hours from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. I thoroughly recommend this office and this dentist. He is a master of his craft. It may sound odd but practiced at this level, dentistry becomes a craft. I give this office my highest recommendation.
