Meet Our Team | Matthew J. Alm, DDS
Patient Coordinator:
Ramon has many years of customer service experience, building a reputation for creating positive connections and providing exceptional service to patients. He strives to treat every patient with respect and kindness. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and 2 daughters. Whether creating arts and crafts projects or simply enjoying time together, family remains at the center of his life. He is also a lifelong animal lover and has a deep appreciation for music in all its forms, believing it to be a powerful way to connect, express creativity, and bring people together.
Dental Hygienist:
Bear joined our team in March 2018. He moved to Santa Fe from Farmington after completing his degree in Dental Hygiene. Bear will make you feel like a part of his family, all while being sure to educate you on what you need to do to maintain a healthy mouth. He is very active in the performing arts around Santa Fe. Bear enjoys being a part of a barbershop quartet and traveling in his free time.
Dental Hygienist:
Alex is a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist whose main goal is providing excellent care and educating patients on how to maintain optimal oral health. She also has an interest in nutrition and strength training, and in the near future hopes to be certified as a NPT (Nutritional Therapy Practitioner).
Dental Assistant:
Andrea completed her dental assistant training at the Rise Dental Career Institute and joined our team in January 2025. She loves talking to patients and helping them feel as happy and comfortable as she can. Outside of work she keeps busy with her two lovely baby boys who are just 16 months apart!
Dental Assistant:
Maribel was born and raised in Santa Fe. She has been a part of the dental field since 2020, after graduating as a dental assistant from the Santa Fe Community College. In her free time she loves spending time with her daughter and being outdoors on sunny days. She loves exploring nature, listening to music and going on trips with her family.
